Quality Documentation for Industrial Filter Bag Projects
For an industrial filter-bag order, useful quality evidence must identify the actual manufacturing site and document holder. Pinnacle Filter coordinates project requirements with the production partner; a factory certificate remains in the legal name shown on that certificate.

How manufacturing-partner certificates are presented
Where a current certificate or audit document is available for a project, we present it under the issuing factory’s legal name. We do not relabel a production partner’s certification as a Pinnacle Filter certification.
- Certificate holder: the legal factory name shown on the document.
- Document details: certificate type, issuing body, scope, issue date and expiry date where stated.
- Project relevance: the manufacturing site and product scope must match the proposed order.
- Privacy and permission: a document is shared publicly only when the holder permits publication; otherwise it can be reviewed during an RFQ process where appropriate.
Important: Pinnacle Filter itself is not described as the certificate holder unless that legal name appears on the original certificate. This distinction helps buyers verify what each document actually covers.
Quality checks connected to the order
Certificates are only one part of procurement confidence. Before production, the project should record the required media, finished dimensions, top and bottom construction, seam and reinforcement details, cage compatibility, quantity and packing requirements.
- Confirm operating inputs: continuous and peak temperature, gas chemistry, moisture, dust behaviour and cleaning method.
- Confirm finished construction: diameter, length, top, bottom, seam, reinforcement and surface treatment.
- Confirm factory documentation available for the specific order before it is represented to the buyer.
- Keep inspection, packing and shipment records linked to the approved specification where the project requires them.
