Industrial Filter Bag Support
Filter Bag Solutions Built Around Your Baghouse Conditions
Before quotation, Pinnacle reviews the conditions that determine fit and service life: temperature, dust behavior, moisture, gas chemistry, cleaning method, old bag failure and cage fit.
Start With What You Know
Choose the quickest entry point. We will help confirm the remaining details before quotation.
Who We Are
Factory-Backed Filter Bag Support for Global Baghouses
Pinnacle Filter coordinates industrial filter bags, filter fabrics and matched cages through long-term manufacturing partners for global baghouse projects.
Customers can send operating data, drawings or used-bag photos for review. Before quotation and production, we help confirm temperature, moisture, gas chemistry, dust behavior, cleaning method, bag construction and cage fit.

Start With the Problem Your Baghouse Needs to Solve
Many buyers do not know the material name at first. They know the gas is hot, the dust is sticky, pressure drop is rising, or bags are failing early.
High temperature
Review fiberglass, FMS, aramid, P84 or PTFE membrane fiberglass according to continuous and peak temperature.
Moisture or acid gas
Check PPS, PTFE, surface treatment and operation temperature to reduce hydrolysis or chemical attack risk.
Sticky dust and high pressure drop
Review membrane, finish, cleaning method, air-to-cloth ratio and dust cake release behavior.
Fine dust and low emission
Consider P84, PTFE membrane and improved sealing when outlet dust control is the main target.
Cage wear or bag breakage
Confirm cage diameter, wire condition, ring spacing, bag fit, bottom reinforcement and inlet abrasion.
Replacement bag quotation
Measure diameter, length, top style, bottom style, quantity and send old bag photos before production.
Applications
Industries We Serve
Each industry has different dust, gas and cleaning behavior. Application information helps us avoid the wrong media recommendation.
Cement plants
Kiln head, kiln tail, clinker cooler and raw mill dust collection.
Asphalt mixing
Hot gas, oil mist, abrasive mineral dust and frequent temperature changes.
Steel and metallurgy
Heat, abrasion and high dust concentration in heavy industrial furnaces.
Carbon black
Fine dust and demanding chemical or thermal filtration conditions.
Waste to energy
PTFE membrane and chemical resistance directions for complex flue gas.
Woodworking and workshops
Replacement bags, anti-static options and OEM dust collector sizes.
