High-Temperature Fiberglass Blended Media Shipped to Steel & Metallurgy Plant for High-Output Furnace Systems

We are excited to share the latest shipment of our fiberglass-blended (FMS) filter bags, specifically customized for a high-output steel smelting furnace. Fiberglass remains a cornerstone of high-temperature filtration due to its exceptional dimensional stability and zero-shrinkage at temperatures up to 260°C.

For this project, our engineering team applied a proprietary PTFE membrane lamination to the fiberglass substrate. This dual-layer approach combines the extreme heat resistance of the inorganic fiber with the ultra-low emission capabilities of the PTFE membrane (achieving levels below 5mg/Nm³). This successful deployment demonstrates Pinnacle Filter’s expertise in handling the most aggressive industrial environments, where durability and environmental compliance are non-negotiable.
