A practical inspection path
From material sample to packed filter bag
For a replacement bag, the dimensions and construction details must match the working baghouse. We coordinate checks around the agreed requirement: material and visible construction, bag length and opening size, sewn sections and final packing condition.

Material sample review
Material samples can be reviewed for visible construction and weight before they move into bag production.

Fabric-strength testing
Where the project specification calls for it, fabric-strength testing supports material review before the finished bag is released.

Opening and cuff dimensions
Opening size, cuff construction and interfaces are reviewed against the confirmed drawing or sample.

Seams and finished construction
Close inspection focuses on sewn sections, attachment details and the finished bag profile before packing.
Useful input for a correct review
Send the bag details you already have
You do not need a complete engineering package. A bag photo, basic dimensions, a drawing, temperature, dust type and gas conditions help us start the technical review.
- Flat width or diameter and overall bag length
- Top, bottom, cuff, snap band or collar construction
- Current material, operating temperature and dust type
- Photos of the installed bag, cage and damaged area if applicable

We do not promise a generic “one-size-fits-all” filter bag. The goal is to identify the material and construction details that fit the operating condition and existing baghouse hardware.
