Recently, our R&D team completed a series of performance tests on our P84 needle felt, which is uniquely engineered with trilobal fiber cross-sections. This specific structure significantly increases the effective filtration surface area, allowing for lower pressure drop and enhanced fine-dust capture.

Capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures up to 240°C, our P84 bags are the preferred choice for asphalt mixing plants and waste-to-energy facilities. By integrating a specialized PTFE deep-impregnation treatment, we provide a robust solution that resists both high heat and acid-chemical attack, ensuring a longer service life for our clients’ baghouses.
